This website is operated by CKC Kitchens Bedrooms Bathrooms Ltd, trading as Cheshire Sliding Robes — a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 11906565, registered office Black Horse Chambers, 231 Elliott Street, Tyldesley, Manchester M29 8DG.

What we collect, and why

This is a static website. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through the enquiry form or by contacting us directly: typically your name, email address, phone number, postcode and the details of your enquiry.

We use that information for one purpose — responding to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, carrying out the work you've asked us to do. We do not send marketing emails, and we never sell or share your details with third parties for their marketing.

How form submissions are processed

The enquiry form is processed by Netlify, our website hosting provider, which stores submissions securely and forwards them to us by email. Netlify acts as a data processor on our behalf. The site is served over HTTPS, so information you submit is encrypted in transit.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, plus any period required for legal or accounting purposes. If you'd like your details removed, ask and we'll delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of those, email ckcinstallations@gmail.com or call 07583 008 130. If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
